How to make a reservation

We look forward to your reservation through the booking form or by phone.
It’s easy to make an online reservation here.
If you visit us without a reservation, our fruit may already be sold out, so we recommend you make a reservation in advance.

In addition, guests in a hurry can also make reservations by phone.

Cancellation fee

In accordance with our policy, you are required to pay a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation without notice, we will charge 100% cancellation fee.

• The 7day before reservation・・・30% cancellation fee.
• The day before reservation・・・50% cancellation fee.
• The day of reservation・・・100% cancellation fee.

Late arrival policy

If you will be late for the reservation time, please contact us through an email address or by calling.
The reservation will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes past your reservation without notice and you are required to pay 100% cancellation fee.
